DEKADE is the Development, Evaluation, Knowledge Acquisition and Demonstration Environment for OntoSem text processing. It supports the integrated: viewing and acquisition of the lexicon; viewing and acquisition of the ontology; viewing and acquisition of the fact repository; creation and review of text meaning representations, with optional editing to create the gold standard; and evaluation of system performance along many dimensions.

DEKADE is supported by a web-services architecture, facilitating access to OntoSem's static knowledge resources and processing engines via a software-as-a-service model.
